Insight Creative, Inc. recently promoted two employees. Sam Rowe was promoted from visual content designer to associate creative director. Justin Parsons was promoted from web developer/designer to director of web development.
For three years, Rowe has been a vital member of Insight’s creative department, responsible for concepting, design and production of both traditional and digital media to serve Insight’s wide-ranging client base. Prior to joining the Insight team, Rowe worked as an art director for two years at a Green Bay ad agency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in design arts from University of Wisconsin—Green Bay. Rowe also served three terms as secretary and recently completed a year as vice president for the American Ad Federation (AAF) Fox River Ad Club.
Parsons has been a web developer and designer at Insight for three years and is responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of all custom websites for Insight’s wide-ranging client base. Prior to joining the Insight team, he owned and operated a website design and development company where he provided full-service creative solutions including custom coding, graphic design, copywriting, photography and project management. He holds an associate degree in software application development from Rasmussen College.

Emily was managing editor of the national cable marketing magazine delight!, and previously managed marketing projects for top cable providers in the nation. Diverse writing experience, combined with exceptional organization and strategic planning skills, make Emily a key component of the content department. Emily holds a degree from UW-Oshkosh in journalism, with an emphasis in advertising/public relations.
